THE BLACK SATURDAY in Arizona when Jared Loughner opens fire with a 9mm Glock on Gabrielle Gifford and other innocent victims including 9-year-old Christina Taylor Green who dies almost instantly.  Attempted murder and murder of innocent victims.

What penalty should Jared Loughner receive?  It will not be what he deserves.  Otherwise he would have already been put before a firing squad in public.  That is just my opinion.  Shared by some, opposed by others.  “Due Process” and our Constitution would have to be ignored and to ignore “Due Process” is a criminal act.

Quite a number of years ago an assignation attempt was made on an official in Mexico ; the would-be assassin was executed by firing squad the forth day following his failed assignation attempt.  Then, some of us older Americans remember Lee Harvey Oswald as he glances into the face of Jack Rubenstein.  Not a legal execution, but quick enough.  Unfortunately, Oswald took a lot of unanswered questions with him. 

Lets just take into consideration little Christina Taylor.  AND her parents.  Jared deliberately shot her in the chest.  No one made him do it.  The result was that she was taken away from her parents then and there, without ‘Due Process’ and without any Court Order or “permission” from any court.  Jared simply took the law in his own hands and terminated forever any of the RIGHTS, God Given or by our Constitution of Christina Taylor ever seeing her parents again and Christina Taylors’ parents from ever seeing her alive again.  A crime separate from the murder charge of depriving Christina her right to live; not to mention Christina’s right to chose to live with her parents.  How different is this from the crimes Mikah McCray committed against John Schoonover and his son Elan and followed through by her co-conspirators with his daughter Haley?

The torment Christina’s parents suffer is no less than the torment Elan’s parent suffers.  The torment Christina’s parents suffer is no less the torment Haley’s parent suffers.  Christina’s parents suffer the loss of one of their children, John Schoonover suffers the loss of both his children.

Before you claim, “Christina is dead, Elan and Haley are still alive, and that is different ”. . . The only difference in that is The Taylors have a headstone and can put flowers on Christina’s grave; Schoonover does not have that much!  The only reason he can even know his children are still alive is because the Pawnee DHStapo takes half his Social Security Disability check to pay Perry Oklahoma’s Tanya and Gary May as foster parents to provide Elan Schoonover and his sister Haley Wheeler room and board! 

When it comes to Christina Taylor, Jared Loughner committed half the crime Mikah McCray and her co-conspirators committed because Jared Loughner took only one life from the Taylors; these two DHStapo Officers and co-conspirators took two lives from Schoonover.

Fortunately, Jared Loughner is not immune from prosecution for illegally violating Christina and her parent’s Civil and Constitutional Rights and he will pay for that crime . . . and the Taylors will have closure; one more facet Schoonover can not have.  Mikah McCray and her co-conspirators rape Justice and hide under the cloak of immunity and are not required to pay for their crime.  Schoonover can not seek retribution or Justice and will be tormented by the illegal taking of his children by DHS’  Mikah McCray, Donna Pace and their co-conspirators for the rest of his life. 

 With the possible exception of Francey Bates, Oklahoma Child Parenting Center, 1401 S. Boston, Tulsa Oklahoma, who does not have the cognitive capacity of a do-do bird, nor sense to come in out of the rain, a sixth-grade reading level and no clue what an allegory is when she sees one, literally a modern-day Chicken Lickin with her head in the clouds and bigoted world knowledge of a frog born in a well who has never seen the rest of the world but portends to know all about it, a choice pawn to manipulate if there ever was one who can not see beyond the rim of her glasses, Mikah McCray and Donna Pace both knew exactly what they were doing and that their actions were as immoral as they were criminal.  It could be argued that this is why they insisted on Francey Bates instead of a group of credible teachers with a primary interest in the education of babies having babies [immature parents who want to do the right thing but don’t know what that is] as Francey Bates lacks the capacity to see the forest for of the trees.  It would not be a surprise if she did not know the meaning of that allegoric statement.  Clue:  It has nothing to do with any wooded area. 

As has been established, and it goes without saying, Jared Loughner violated the Civil Rights of Christina Taylor and both her parents . . . and he will pay for that violation.

As has been established, and it needs remembered, Mikah McCray and Donna Pace violated the Civil rights of Elan Schoonover, Haley Wheeler and their parent, John Schoonover.  And have gotten away with it.

Mikah McCray shouted Elan’s arm was broken when it was not; but when it was broken, after she took Elan to foster parents Tanya & Gary May, who took Elan to St. Francis with a freshly broken arm, Mikah McCray shouted: John Schoonover did it!  All one has to do is compare the X-rays taken at OSUMC the day Mikah McCray took Elan from his Father and the X-rays taken at St. Francis eight days later after his arm was freshly broken. 

Jared Loughner did not commit his atrocious crimes the way the DHSDOGS committed their atrocious crimes of equal proportion.  Jared Loughner simply pulled out his 9mm Glock and instantly destroyed the life of little Christina Taylor with a single bullet through her heart. 

The DHSDOGS have used their cunning ways to stab John Schoonover through his heart every day for the rest of his life by lying about John Schoonover and the broken arm Elan suffered after the DHSDOGS took Elan from his Natural caring Father. 

This is how it was done: 

First, it is true, and it is the ONLY truth, that Elan did in fact roll off the bed the evening of November 14, 2006.  We all know that rolling off a bed is not an uncommon thing for a baby just learning to roll over on its own. 

The next morning Elan exhibited favoritism to his right arm. 

HAD THIS CONCERNED FATHER DONE NOTHING:  Elan would have stopped favouring his right arm sometime during the day and all would have ended well.

However, it is also a known truth that a baby born to a mother who regularly indulged in methamphetamine has the great potential to have a diminished bone density and this Father, knowing the risk of same, took his son to the Cleveland Hospital to make sure nothing was wrong that could not be seen. 

Mikah McCray steps in and takes the child for further examination and assessment at the OSU MedicalCenter inTulsa.  She then later claims abuse and claims Elan’s arm is broken and this Father is devastated that such happened from a simple roll off the bed. 

It is more than four weeks before X-rays modified by CASA’s Tari Hughes by overlaying St. Francis X-rays taken of a severely broken arm [12/21/06] with a hospital label from Cleveland dated 12/15/06 - - - and a sloppy job of counterfeiting at that - - - are presented to District Attorney Larry Stuart and Child Abuse charges are filed against John Schoonover.  It is 22 [TWENTY TWO] MONTHS, September 10, 2008, before a packet of X-rays from OSU Medical Center of Tulsa are handed to Nancy Brook by Assistant District Attorney David K. Robertson, who stated, “You may be interested in these” and adding upon departure, “There’s more at St. Francis [Hospital in Tulsa]. 

The X-rays from OSUMC are dated November 15, 2006, and clearly show there is absolutely nothing wrong with Elan in any way, shape or manner.

The “more at St. Francis” X-rays from St. Francis were obtained by this Father and Nancy Brook September 11, 2008, as well as the complete report, dated November 21, 2006, the day Foster Parents took Elan to the hospital in excruciating pain to the extent he had to be given a morphine derivative and kept for eleven hours because his arm had been freshly broken into three separate pieces as the X-rays clearly showed . . . and THIS is the injury John Schoonover, Elan’s Father, was charged with maliciously inflicting!

Jared Loughner committed malicious premeditated deliberate murder when he shot little Christina Taylor to death that fateful morning in Arizona .  He also destroyed the life of Gabrielle Gifford when he shot a bullet through her brain.  She will never again be the same to her husband that she was.  Her husband has been injured by Jared’s act just as Christina Taylor’s parents have been injured by Jared’s act and these damages will be with them for the rest of their lives.  That part of Gabrielle Gifford’s brain that was destroyed was no less than MURDER of that part of her personality and life.  It is dead and gone forever.  Just as Christina Taylor is dead and gone forever. 

How less of a crime than this committed by Jared Loughner are those committed by Mikah McCray, Donna Pace, Tari Hughes and their co-conspirators Patrick Pickerill, District Attorney Larry D. Stuart, Judge Mathew D. Henry and Judge Jefferson Sellers and others, including Pawnee Sheriff Roger Price who had his deputies arrest John Schoonover and throw him in jail until he could post bonds totaling $20,000? 

“No one has ‘died’ or suffered serious injury as a result of the acts of these DHStapo agents and their puppy pawn law officers.”  Are you sure?

The first visible serious injury to Elan was his broken in three pieces arm 8 days after Mikah McCray handed him over to immature foster parents.  There have been several minor physical injuries from somewhat unnatural falls and a laceration on a little finger that required suturing from falling on a broken night-light.  There has been a serious laceration of over an inch over his left eye through his brow . . . details of which have been concealed by DHStapo agent Donna Pace.   Most seriously, however, known to this writer is a potentially lethal head-first fall on cement in a play area with resulting symptoms of obvious intracranial damage . . . CASA’s Tari Hughes fought me hardest against my plea to the Court [Judge Jefferson Sellers] to have an MRI done . . . at my expense even . . . to properly treat this head injury. 

“Having to make a trip to the hospital and endure the submission of an MRI would be traumatic to the child and that would not be in his best interest to put him through this trauma.” 

Well, now, if that is not hypocrisy I do not know what is!  Tari Hughes does have a point.  It would cause Elan a little distress . . . maybe.  It caused him a LOT of distress when I took him to Cleveland to check out his arm that was not injured.  Just to make sure he was OK.  Which he was.  That overly cautious act cost Elan his life as he should have known it.  When Mikah McCray took Elan that day with no Court Order and NO just cause . . . that destroyed not only Elan’s past but Elan’s future. 

And as Jared Loughner destroyed the lives of Christina’s parents it also destroyed the life of this Natural Father of Elan . . . and again when Donna Pace took Haley from this Father . . . twice the damage done to this parent as Jared Loughner caused Christina Taylor’s parents. 

Today’s date is March 27, 2011.  Elan had an older brother.  Born April 20, 1958.  Elan is now almost five years old.  Born June 2, 2006.  When Elan’s older brother was five he had learned to paddle his own small row-boat that I had built for him, his older sister Robin, who was born April 29, 1957, and Cindy, born in 1960.  The little fiberglass covered boat would hold all three. 

I would not build a small boat for Elan as I did for Robin, John and Cindy.  50 years ago one could not buy a nice 8’ boat or canoe for a child.  Today they are readily available at Bass Pro Shop and Elan would own one of his choice.  At this time Haley would just be a ‘passenger’ as she is a bit young to be teaching the art of paddling a canoe or kayak.

Christina Taylor’s parents can buy Christina a small canoe or kayak and put it over her grave.  I can not buy Elan a canoe or kayak because there is no ‘grave’ for closure and I am not allowed to have contact with him.  I live on 10A within walking distance of a lake and I am deprived of taking my son and daughter canoeing or swimming.  Thank you, Judge Jefferson D. I am sure my children will appreciate what you have done for them. 

I have a nice Yamaha piano that would be theirs on which I could teach them how to play and they could play to their heart’s desire.  Will Gary and Tanya May buy them their own piano?  Does it snow in Hawaii?

 I can not teach programs like Your Baby Can Read that I have purchased for my babies.  The foster parents won’t shell out the expense or time because, as Donna Pace excuses, “They are working parents and don’t have the time.”   I suppose any excuse is better than none.

When I was Elan’s present age I had my first accident in MY father’s cabinet shop . . . a minor jig-saw cut to my left thumb.  It did not require suturing.  Elan has had a minor cut to his little finger that DID require suturing . . . from a fall on broken glass in the May’s home.   Elan would learn my wood-working skills and how to avoid accidents in MY woodworking shop that, as I inherited some of my father’s tools, Elan would inherit those and more from me.  Elan is denied his right to learn from his Father.  Thank you, Donna Pace and your Pawnee Pawns. 

The unseen damage is far greater than what can be seen:  The natural bonding factor between parent and children.  This Father and Elan knew it for five months and it was strong.  This Father and Haley have been deprived of it from the genesis.  Thank you DHStapo agent Donna Pace. 

Jared Loughner did the same to Christina Taylor Green and her parents.  Just as Donna Pace destroyed this family Jared Loughner destroyed the Taylor family.  The only difference is the method used.  Jared Loughner used a 9mm Glock, Donna Pace used the cloaks of her pawns, the Pawnee Judicial System.  The end result is the same*: Parents deprived of their children; children deprived of their parents.

*Not quite.  Christina’s Green’s parents have closure.  This Father does not; his torment will last the rest of his life.  His babies are being raised in a Baptist family.  The same Baptists that protests the burial of Veterans killed in action.  Brandishing placards such as “God Hates Soldiers.”  How hypocritical.  Condemning [with God’s Graces, of course] Veterans . . . I am a Veteran . . . yet taking money from this Veteran to support the children they take from this Veteran [half his Social Security Disability] and teach this Disabled Veteran’s children it is OK to hate Veterans! 

They also teach my children to believe in Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny.  What happens when they learn the truth? 

What happens when they learn their Natural Father did absolutely NOTHING to deserve having them taken from him?  That their Natural Father faced the threat of literal death in his battle to get them from the perverted clutches of the DHStapo agents and corrupt Pawnee Judicial system pawns ‘pussy-whipped’ by the Pawnee DHStapo agents?  What happens? 

No good can come of it.  By the time they are old enough to learn, and they will learn, it is likely I will be long dead and gone.  Then their questions will not stop: 

Why did you take us from our Father?  Why did you lie to us about Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny?  Our Father was a Disabled Veteran.  Why did you teach us it is OK to hate Veterans?   Why did you deprive us of his love?  This list of questions will be long.

Then there will be little things:  “We could have had a pony.”  “We could have had our own boat, kayak or canoe.”  “We could have had our own dogs.”  “We could have been taught to fly [this veteran did pilot a military plane]”  “We could have been taught how to build furniture, a house, electrical wiring . . . how to use tools safely.”  We could have been taught the truths Baptists, Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Mormons and all other dogma religions that hide/advertize to separate themselves from one another, each preaching “We are God’s chosen one.”   As a child, I was a Catholic.  I was raised to believe only Catholics could make it to Heaven.  I met a Baptist who believed Catholics were idol worshipers and idol worshipers can not get to Heaven.  Complicated?  Not really.  All one has to do is answer any and all questions a child submits with totally honest answers.  This can not be done from one ruled by any dogmatic religion. 

If my babies are taught to call their baby-sitters “mommy” & “daddy” I wonder how the paid providers will answer the question, “What did you do in the war, daddy?”  Will it be evasion or the truth, “I protested for God against the burial of soldiers killed in battle that wanted to be buried in our Christian cemetery.”  I simply speculate wildly.  I’m sure that not all Baptists are quite this ‘holier than thou.’ 

Babies do grow into children.  Children grow into young adults.  Children talk to other children and young adults talk to other young adults and children raised by their Natural Parents usually know who their grandparents are.  And in this case, Haley and Elan’s Grandfather, Clarence Atwood Schoonover, was born in Bradford Pennsylvania April 13, 1898. 

You can only imagine the legacy that Elan and Haley will never hear.  That ends with me; I am the last of my Father’s sons and his life ended as I was on the U.S.S. Whetstone half way between Korea and Hawaii on my way back home.  They will never know any facet of their Grandfather.  They will never know their real Father. 

When I went off to Korea my Father accompanied me to the train station with no way of knowing he would never see me again; I expected to see him again.  I know what I have lost.  When Mikah McCray took Elan to OSU Medical Center I 'knew' he would be returned as there was no reason not to return him.  There was no reason to take Haley.  Little could I know that the Pawnee DHStapo agents Mikah McCray and Donna Pace wanted my babies for their own selfish monetary reasons.  Little could I know that my babies were taken from me just as Jared Loughner took Christina from her parents.  Jared Loughner took only one child from those parents, Mikah McCray and Donna Pace took two children from Schoonover.  More than twice the crime because those victimized parents have closure.  This victimized parent does not.

Think of all the “missing children” posted at the entrances of all Wal-Marts.   Think of all the suffering the parents of these children are going through because they do not know where their children are.  Assure yourself that this 74-year-old John Schoonover suffers no less than any other parent who has lost their God-given children via whatever means.   

“Oh, but Jared Loughner used a weapon to take the life of Christina Taylor illegally,” you say.  That makes a difference?  Mikah McCray used lethal weapons as well; mightier than any Glock.  They used poison pens to convey rumors and lies and involve their co-conspirators to violate the plethora of laws on the books designed to protect parents like you and me and designed to protect the rights of our children.  They even hired an attorney to protect Elan and Haley.  Cleveland Oklahoma ’s own Patrick Pickerill, esq.  who practically bawled on his knees when he begged the jury . . . no, warned the jury not to return these children to John Schoonover as “Elan and Haley will surely suffer serious injury or die at John Schoonover’s hands if you do.”   

He was supported by the earlier testimony of the CASA guardian making a comment about a firearm I owned, “I didn’t think he was even allowed to own a gun after his first degree child murder conviction.”  The case should have, by law, been thrown out of the courtroom then and there!

There has been no murder . . . unless you want to consider Dr. Philip Barton disconnecting the life support from a seriously injured fall victim without any legal authorization and I was only a witness to this atrocity.

Nonetheless, the Jury bought the lies and slander as truths and were the pawns needed by Mikah McCray and Donna Pace to exploit my children for the monetary benefit of Patrick Pickerill. 

Had Mikah McCray simply got together with their Glocks and shot me in the heart it would have been far less painful than the egregious crimes they have committed against this only surviving parent of his two babies.  It would not have helped Elan or Haley, but it would have ended my suffering.  Unlike Mikah McCray and Donna Pace, at least Jared Loughner did not torture his victims. 

Except for this web site I have no way of telling my babies that they have a beautiful blood niece named Melissa Schoonover that they are guaranteed never to meet thanks to the Pawnee DHStapo clan and the cooperation of their paid babysitters Gary and Tanya May of Perry Okla.

At the conclusion of this website I will submit the best advise I can to help prevent anyone from suffering the same torture from DHStapo agents etc that I have.  This is not any denial that there are those among parents who do, inadvertently, in ignorance, and unfortunately sometimes deliberately, abuse children and should be castrated for their actions against helpless children.  This includes mental abuse as well as physical abuse.  Usually, ignorance is the root, and fortunately, this can be easily prevented or corrected.  All too often it is simply horney young whelps that are taught by their hormones to breed but not taught by their parents to be responsible for the consequences. 

No way, shape or manner will I give any advise for one guilty of any criminal act how to ‘trick’ their way through and beat the system.  Those of you that think I will help anyone do that can go to Hell.  The problem is how to try to avoid those in the system that are corrupt from avoiding the plethora of laws our Constitution gave us to protect us and our children from being destroyed by their corruption. 

I am a lone parent.  Once accused of a child murder someone else committed.  I spent four years in prison before the Court of Criminal Appeals ruled, “Schoonover has not committed the crime . . . and could not be charged with it.”  Therein lies truth of the fact that we have among us corrupt Sheriffs that arrest and District Attorneys and Judges who prosecute and send innocents falsely accused of crimes to prison.  For the validity that statement of the highest Court in Oklahoma expressed, [“Schoonover has not committed the crime . . . and could not be charged with it] I am still heckled occasionally by those who have no clue that Dr. Philip Barton committed that crime via gross negligence and unethical mal practice. It was four years before I could obtain the Autopsy photographs, read the report and discovered how the murder was committed by Dr. Philip Barton and the Pryor Oklahoma DHStapo played a significant part in the cover-up process.  They will do anything to protect their own. 

No one is exempt from this all too powerful and corrupt organization.  For all the good that they are designed to do, and I would hope that the majority are honourable, all too many are truly, as wolves in sheep’s clothing under the protection of local corrupt judicial systems, Knights in Dirty Armour.

Jared Loughner is escaping trial for his crime of depriving the Green parents of their precious child. 

Mikah McCray, Donna Pace and CASA’s Tari Hughes are escaping trial for their crimes of illegally kidnapping Elan Lee and Haley Athena from their Natural Father.   But as surely as Jared Loughner has not escaped punishment neither will these criminals acting in concert with their Pawnee County’s cohorts. 

Unless they are with the conscience of Hitler, Sadam Husein, Osama Ben Laden, and other equally evil men . . . and women, like Lizzy Borden,  they will not escape punishment.  If not from a physical “Jared Loughner” of their own creation, from a Jared Loughner existing in their conscience.  Evidence of that latter is obvious as soon as one enters their lair in PawneeCountyby the rather thick bullet-proof glass at the reception cubicle to the high dollar combination locks on all the steel doors.  It IS a secure workplace.  As secure as any entrance to any prison in Oklahoma.   Inside this security they may work without fear, but do they live without fear?

All of these types of ‘security’ measures did not save Abe Lincoln, John or Robert Kennedy . . . and diametrically opposed to the DHStapo et ale co-conspirators these were the best of human beings.  They went to bed at night without fear because of their good consciences. 

But our contemporary Hitlers and Lizzy Bordens can not help but know they may at any time come face to face with their own creation of a Jared Loughner and that it could very well be the last face they see.  If nothing else, this is punishment enough to know just how fragile, precious and uncertain life is; especially when exacerbated by walking on a tightrope.

Could their Jared Loughner be me?   Considering history, from Cain to present, no Jared Loughner has been over 35 and I am more than twice that age. 

Despite that fact each time I went to visit my babies in the Pawnee DHStapo compound I was thoroughly searched by a member of the Pawnee Police Department or a Deputy Sheriff.  Sometimes to having to remove some of my clothing and having my cell-phones opened.  Someone was living in fear.  And if it was not justified, it was delusional and the medical definition is paranoia.  A self created state of mind.  It is not surprising that members of the Pawnee DHStapo are living in a paranoid state.  And it could be argued that due to their many destructions of families for their own monetary gain it could be justified. 

CASA’s Tari Hughes voluntarily testified to a lie she knew was a lie.  She testified I told her I carried a gun everywhere I went, which was and is a lie.  [ Under oath, as it was, constituted provable Perjury, a Felony. ]   I don’t and never have. 

When I was cross-examined I was asked, correctly, if I carried a weapon everywhere I went to which I replied, “Usually, yes.” 

“Do you have one on you now?”

“Yes” as I reached in my vest pocket there was panic in the courtroom from the Judge to the Security in the back corner and one of the DHStapo agents slid under a table . . . as I held out my Parker pen and stated, “The most powerful weapon in the world.” 

I was an expert long range marksman in the military and never missed a military target.  That was over a half century ago.  I have worn out and lost several Parker pens recently and with them as my weapons I have never missed the truth.  The Pawnee DHStapo et ale is justified in fearing the truth I write with my weapons. 

And for those reading this that wish to get technical, I favour the Monte Verdi Nancy bought me for my birthday and use it primarily to sign checks etc.  As for actual ‘writing’ I do that with my fingertips on a Logitech keyboard attached to a Hewlett Packard.  That way the truth I write travels around the world and will continue to do so until Pawnee County initiates a way to destroy my First Amendment Right as they have destroyed so many other Constitutional Rights of both me AND my two babies Elan Lee Schoonover and Haley Athena Wheeler. 

How many other lives they have destroyed is secreted under the “Child Protection Act” and it should be obvious why they seek to hide under this cloak so many other truths the Pawnee DHStapo does not want known.   

What happens when one day Elan Lee Schoonover and Haley Athena Wheeler reads of these truths and learns what was done to their Father?

How much better would their lives be had they not been purloined for money and forced to live in a environment of greed, pseudo love and lies?
