ELAN LEE SCHOONOVER'S PHYSICAL INJURIES
CAUSED BY PAWNEE COUNTY OKLAHOMA DHS
First, there is the clean bill of health from the OSU Medical Center the afternoon Mikah McCray took Elan without any Court Order; under the premise that she needed to varify that nothing was wrong with this father's innocent son. Mikah McCray had pre-determined that she was going to lay a foundation to take Elan as she had, with obviously no foundation, told OSUMC staff that Elan had been abused. Their assessment controverts her bogus accusation:
Just one week later, foster parents Gary and Tanya May take Elan to St. Francis Hospital to assess why he is crying so much; as if they didn't know; the following report is self explainatory:
Note the "CONFIDENTIAL" warning of prohibiting publication of this document; this is, of course, FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE CHILD! It is under that cloak that DHS is able to do so much wrong and not get caught. It is this cloak that makes it difficult to find out just what was done to Elan Schoonover following the discovery of this fresh multi-splintering fracture. His arm was set with splints and a cast; he was prescribed Oxycodene for the excruciating pain which, had Dr. Debbie Lowen known Elan's biological mother had been a regular user of methamphetamine, meaning in no uncertain terms, that Elan was a 'crack' baby and should not, except in extreme cases, been given such a drug.
Had Mikah McCray been honest with Dr. Debbie Lowen she would have revealed this fact. It was only to the advantage of DHS' Mikah McCray to keep such secrets from physicians. Endangering both the patient [Elan Schoonover] as well as the reputation of Dr. Debbie Lowen.
It was explained to me that because Dr. Debbie Lowen has such free reign at St. Francis it would not be difficult for her to obliterate such information that would, if found, subject her to a suit for mal-practice.
Dr. Debbie Lowen, of Tulsa's CHILDREN'S JUSTICE CENTER, was only acting as a gullible pawn of DHS' Mikah McCray and McCray primed her with deragatory misleading information to warrant Dr. Lowen to testify to her opinion that this was a case of child abuse AND that John Schoonover was the guilty party. It was this INFORMATION [second hand from Mikah McCray to Dr. Debbie Lowen to the Pawnee District Attorney that was used to file the CHILD ABUSE charge against John Schoonover . . . and John Schoonover would not be the wiser because he had no way of knowing these reports from St. Francis existed as they were secreted by the Pawnee District Attorney Larry Stuart and kept hidden in his office for over twenty two months. It was September 10, 2008, that the assistant DA told Mr. Schoonover about them.
This document from St. Francis is one of many where Elan is taken and kept for a lengthy period of time; in this case almost ten hours. One of the many documents like this one are when Elan fell out of an illegally placed sand-box onto illegally placed concrete in a play area impacting the concrete head first resulting in subdural hematoma symptoms that were attributed to the administration of Benedryl, which, in itself, is medically highly dis-recommended for a child of his age.
CASA worker Tari Hughes fought hardest to hide damage done by this potentially lethal fall on concrete. She approched the Court to ignore my pleas to have an MRI that would reveal the truth. And, of course, all must be kept CONFIDENTIAL "for the protection of the child."
This parent has well over a dozen photographs of unexplained injuries to Elan. Tari Hughes discredits them stating they are 'doctored' dispite the fact that they were taken in plain view of the case worker assigned to supervise the visits with Elan.
They will be posted within a few days; some are jpg, some jepg, some pnj and John Schoonover is totally ignorant about why certain photographs can't be transferred to this site. Some are photographs that, when Dr. Debbie Lowen saw them, asked, "How long has this abuse been going on?" If some of them are in fact ABUSE Dr. Debbie Lowen said it, not I. However, the fact can not be escaped that they are the responsibility of the Pawnee DHStapo.
